Steve Roberts Biography

Steve Roberts has built a career coaching football in the state of Arkansas.  Roberts coached at Arkansas State for nine seasons, winning six games four different times.  In 2005, the Red Wolves won the Sun Belt and went to the New Orleans Bowl.  Roberts also coached on the FCS and Division II levels.  He spent two seasons at Northwestern State and took them to the playoffs once.  Roberts got his head coaching shot at Southern Arkansas and won eight or more games in each of his last three seasons there.  Prior to that, he had been an assistant at Southern Arkansas and on the high school level.  Since 2011, Roberts has been an athletic director for the Cabot County School District in Arkansas.
