Wander Franco is one of baseball's top prospects and he plays in the Tampa Bay Rays organization. The shortstop signed with the Rays as an international free agent in 2017 and made his debut the following season. During his first season of pro ball, Franco was named the Appalachian League Player of the Year after hitting. .374, with 11 home runs and 57 RBI. He went into the 2019 season ranked as the fourth-best prospect in baseball and was selected to the All-Star Futures Game.
