Albert Haynesworth Biography

Albert Haynesworth had a ten year career in the NFL and was a two-time Pro Bowl and All-Pro selection.  At one point in his career, Haynesworth was considered the best defensive lineman in the game.  The Tennessee Titans originally selected him 15th overall in the 2002 NFL Draft and he played seven seasons in Nashville.  Following his time with the Titans, Haynesworth would play in parts of four more seasons with the Washington Redskins, New England Patriots, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  He was never the same player after receiving a seven year, $100 million dollar free agent contract in Washington in 2009.  Haynesworth played in college at the University of Tennessee.  He was an elite recruit out of Hartsville High School in Hartsville, South Carolina.  Haynesworth currently owns a BurgerFi franchise near the Tennessee campus.
