Alex and Maia Shibutani are ice dancers who represent the United States in international competition. The brother-sister duo won a bronze medal at the 2018 Olympics. As a pair, they won a World Championship silver medal in 2016 and bronze medals in 2011 and 2017. They also won the 2016 Four Continents championship and are six-time Grand Prix of Figure Skating winners. Some of their other impressive titles include the 2016 and 2017 Skate America champions, the 2011 and 2015 NHK Trophy winners, the 2016 Cup of China champions and the 2017 Rotelecom Cup champions. They competed at the 2014 Olympics, but did not medal. As an individual, The Shibutanis won back-to-back U.S. National Championships in 2016 and 2017.
