Brad Lambert Biography

Brad Lambert is the head football coach at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Lambert has helped guide the program through their transition from the FCS to FBS level. He started coaching them in 2013 and they posted back-to-back 5-6 marks as an FCS independent. Prior to taking the job with the 49ers, Lambert spent ten seasons on the staff at Wake Forest. From 2008-2010, he was the defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach for the Demon Deacons. Lambert started his coaching career out on Jim Donnan's staff at Marshall. He then followed him to Georgia, where he spent five years. From 1988-89, Lambert was a graduate assistant at Oklahoma. He played defensive back at Kansas State.
