Hunter Haas Biography

Hunter Haas is a professional golfer who currently competes on the Web.com tour, but has formerly competed on the PGA Tour. Haas began golfing at a young age, and turned his talents into a golf scholarship at the University of Oklahoma, where he had a very successful amateur career, winning the 1998 Big 12 Conference Championship and the 1999 U.S. Amateur Public Links Porter Cup. Following his graduation, Haas turned professional in 2000, joining the PGA Tour in 2001. Haas has spent brief periods of time on the PGA Tour, but mostly competes on the Web.com tour, spending his entire career on the tour, winning four tournaments including two in 2010, marking his best season in his career. Although he is currently on the Web.com tour, Haas looks to make his return to the PGA Tour and compete in major championships once again.
