Jon Robinson Biography

Jon Robinson is the former executive vice president and general manager of the Tennessee Titans. Robinson was hired in 2016 with the objective of building a roster around franchise cornerstone, quarterback Marcus Mariota. In his first year on the job, the Titans responded by going 9-7. Robinson had previously been the director of player personnel for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for two seasons. From 2002-2013, he worked in the front office of the New England Patriots. The final five years of his New England tenure Robinson served as the director of college scouting. He was part of a Patriots front office that built a team that won ten AFC East Division titles and made four trips to the Super Bowl. Robinson began his career in football as a coach at his alma mater, Southeast Missouri State. He also spent three seasons as an assistant at Nicholls State.
