Julia Landauer Biography

Julia Landauer has been able to use her platform as a pioneer in NASCAR to influence countless lives as a motivational speaker. She addresses topics like women's empowerment and is also an advocate for STEM careers. Landauer's career as a driver took off at the age of 14 when she became the first female champion in the Skip Barber Racing Series. Following that success, she continued to make milestones, becoming the first women to win a NASCAR Track Championship and the first to lead a lap in Canada's NASCAR Pinty Series. 

Off the track, Landauer has been recognized as a sports pioneer. She was named to Forbes 30 under 30 list in 2017, was the only female member of NASCAR's Next class of 2016-17 and is a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers community. Landauer has impacted the STEM community as an external advisor for Hyundai Motor Corporation's Center for Robotic-Augmented Design in Living Experience. She also competed on the 26th season of CBS's popular reality series, Survivor. Landauer is a graduate of Stanford University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology and Society.
