Kristian Blummenfelt Biography

Kristian Blummenfelt has accomplished things in the sport of triathlon that few have. He won the gold medal for Norway at the 2020 Olympics and followed that up the next year becoming the World Ironman Champion. That feat was the first time one man held both titles at the same time. Blummenfelt captured his first gold at the 2019 ITU World Triathlon Series. He also participated in the 2016 Olympics, but probably made his first real waves in the sport the following year when he had three second-place finishes in the World Triathlon Series.
