Lee Kiefer Biography

Lee Kiefer is one of the most accomplished fencers in the world. For Kiefer, the third time was a charm as she won gold in individual foil in her third trip to the Olympics at the Tokyo Games. Kiefer also has four medals from the World Championships, including a gold in the 2018 team competition.  Some of her other most impressive accomplishments include being a 10-time Pan American team champion and a nine-time individual Pan American gold medalist. Kiefer went to Notre Dame and was a four-time NCAA Champion. She comes from a fencing family with her father, Steve, being a former captain of Duke's team, her sister winning an NCAA title at Harvard and her brother, Axel, following her at Notre Dame.
