Mark Mastrov is the founder of 24 Hour Fitness, which has become the world’s largest privately owned and operated fitness center chain with more than 3 million members, 420 clubs in 18 states, and 15 clubs outside of the U.S. Mastrov is known for brilliantly being one of the first people to put the concept of a 24- hour fitness facility into action. Born in Oakland California and graduating from Cal State University Hayward, he was destined for greatness. Mastrov has made his more than $350 million of net worth through the many health and fitness clubs he has founded based upon the 24-hour fitness concept since 1983. He currently employs over 20,000 people worldwide.
