Matt Cullen Biography

Matt Cullen is a retired American ice hockey center who played 21 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL). Cullen is a three-time Stanley Cup champion, winning one with the Carolina Hurricanes in 2006, and winning two with the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2016 and 2017. He earned a bronze medal in the 2004 World Championships as a member of the U.S. team. As of 2020, Cullen is one of only 21 players to play over 1,500 NHL games.
