Mike Forde Biography

Mike Forde is a top sports executive from the English Premier League. From 2007-2013, Forde served as the director of football operations and executive club director for Chelsea Football Club. He guided the best period in team history. During his tenure, Chelsea won their first Champions League, Europa League and Premier League title. Forde's teams also won the FA Cup three times. Prior to joining the club, he was the performance director for the Bolton Wanderers Football Club from 1999-2007. Forde now consults with organizations on building high-performance cultures and talent management as the founder of Talent Agency FC.
