Nils Van Der Poel Biography

Nils van der Poel is a two-time Olympic speed skating gold medalist. Van der Poel captured the 5,000 and 10,000-meter gold in 2022. He also set World and Olympic records in both events. In the lead-up to the Games, van der Poel also swept gold in both races at the 2021 World Championships. He also competed at the Olympics in 2018, but finished 14th.
