Rich Rodriguez Biography

Rich Rodriguez is back at the site of his greatest success in college football at West Virginia. Since his first stint at WVU, Rodriguez has long been known as an innovator on offense in college football. 

In his first seven-year run guiding the Mountaineers, Rodriguez went 60-26 with four Big East Conference championships. He was a three-time Big East Coach of the Year. WVU capped his initial stint with three straight top-ten finishes. 

Following West Virginia, Rodriguez went on to guide the programs at Michigan, Arizona,f and Jacksonville State. At Arizona in 2014, he guided the Wildcats to a Pac-12 South Division title and was named Coach of the Year in the conference. He also had three straight nine-win seasons at JSU before coming home to Morgantown.
