Shannon Helm is an LA based celebrity personal trainer & coach. Coming from a small town called Granbury, TX; she moved to LA after college in 2018 to pursue her dreams of changing people’s lives through fitness. She is a travel trainer for A-list celebrity, Mark Wahlberg; traveling across the world to places like the Dominican Republic, St. Vincent Islands, & New York City to work with him. Shannon also coaches high school boys & girls volleyball, coaches group fitness at F45 Training, & trains clients in her home gym. She earned her SAG card working on an upcoming movie called “Arthur The King” and also starred in the docuseries “Wahl Street."
