Summer Rae Biography

Summer Rae, a stage name for birth name Danielle Moinet, lives up to several titles. Not only is Summer a valet, model, and actress, but a former American football player and a current professional wrestler, as well. Standing at 5’10”, Summer also recently just signed to be featured as a main cast member of reality TV show, Total Divas. From 2008-2011, Summer played for the Legends Football League (LFL) with the Chicago Bliss as cornerback and team captain. She made it to the All-Star game in Ontario, Canada with the league in 2011. After leaving the Chicago Bliss, Summer signed a contract with WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.) and made her professional television debuting on December 18 of FCW television, also working as the ring announcer for the television show throughout her professional career. Danielle Moinet, better known as Summer Rae, is the first WWE Diva to land a role in a WWE Studios film, The Marine 4: Moving Target. She is currently most widely known for her role on Total Divas.
