Valarie Allman Biography

Valarie Allman won Team USA's first track and field gold medalist in the Tokyo Olympics. Allman captured the gold in discus throw, becoming the third American woman to do so. She first made waves in track and field as a seven-time All-American and the 2018 NCAA Champion at Stanford. Allman was originally a touring dancer until she found her calling in the discus.
