Carson Ingle is Operations Director and a Senior Booking Agent, delivering world-class service to Athlete Speakers clients for over a decade. Carson understands all facets of this business, having started as a content writer for the company after graduating from the University of Central Florida. Progressing to a content manager and now agent, he understands event planning and how people consume content, having worked in radio and sports media. Carson demonstrates a keen sense of what type of questions you may have when investing in a talent appearance. He will walk you through the process, ensure your event gets the visibility it deserves, and amplify your investment through our digital reach. Drew Kraus is Vice President and Senior Booking Agent for Athlete Speakers, delivering first-class service to clients for nearly 15 years. He has booked and managed thousands of bookings across the country and internationally. His previous work with brands such as CBS and the WWE has curated a great perspective on what makes an event engaging and provides a connection for your audience. Drew's extensive career and knowledge in the industry make him a valuable resource for all companies and groups looking to secure the perfect talent for your event.

Andria Earley is the Logistics Coordinator at Athlete Speakers, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and successful experiences for clients and talent. With a strong emphasis on communication and attention to detail, she is the primary liaison between client teams and talent stakeholders—facilitating clarity, responsiveness, and alignment throughout the event process. Andria manages logistics for over 330 virtual and in-person events annually, overseeing everything from itinerary development and travel coordination to pre-event marketing, communications, and social media engagement. A graduate of the University of Arizona with more than a decade of experience in business management, she brings a proactive, solutions-driven approach to every engagement and ensures every event is executed professionally from start to finish.

Shay Ally is the Events and Marketing Director for Athlete Speakers, bringing a proven track record that drives profitability and effectively communicates to various publics. A graduate of Berkeley College, Shay brings over a decade of experience amplifying brand stories, having worked in several sectors, including the restaurant space, B2B platforms, and telecommunications. She knows how to deliver results with S-tier professionalism and candor effectively.

Charles Negron is the Senior Content Writer for Athlete Speakers. He has over fifteen years of experience developing brand stories and multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive positive business impact for various industries, including marine, travel/wellness, aviation, and sports. A University of Central Florida graduate, he brings a diverse publishing, marketing, and sales background.
