Olympic Champion Skier Maddie Bowman Signs Endorsement Deal with Clif Bar

Olympic gold medalist Maddie Bowman has a new endorsement deal. She has agreed to a three-year pact with Clif Bar.

The move makes sense given Clif Bar's status as the official energy food of U.S. Ski and Snowboarding. Bowman joins an impressive roster of athletes mostly comprised from outdoor sports.

Clif Bar was originally founded in 1992 after Erickson Crawford had the idea to find a better energy bar. The brand has grown to create many other different types of energy food and drink.

Bowman's crowning achievement came in 2014 when she won halfpipe gold at the Olympics. She has also been victorious at the X-Games in SuperPipe four straight years.

In 2016, Bowman became the first woman to ever throw a switch 900 in competition. She made her X-Games debut in 2012 and won silver in SuperPipe.

Bowman has also topped the AFP halfpipe rankings three times. She has three FIS World Cup wins and three top-three finishes in the rankings.
