Anna Cockrell is an American track and field athlete specializing in sprinting and hurdling, particularly the 400m hurdles. Raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, she became a standout at the University of Southern California (USC), where she won the NCAA 400m hurdles title in 2019 and earned multiple All-American honors. A two-time Olympian (2020 Tokyo, 2024 Paris), she won silver in the women's 400m hurdles at the 2024 Paris Olympics. She also claimed gold and silver at the 2019 Pan American Games and has multiple top finishes at World Championships. A respected Nike athlete, she is known for her power, resilience in battling and overcoming depression, and advocacy for mental health.
