About Anthony Edwards
Anthony Edwards was the first overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves after a stellar freshman season at Georgia. He was named the SEC Freshman of the Year and Second Team All-SEC after averaging over 19 points per game. Edwards was a four-time SEC Freshman of the Week, notching 30-point games during the season against teams like Michigan State, Florida and South Carolina. As a consensus five-star prospect coming out of high school, he was considered the best Bulldogs recruit in modern college basketball history.
