About Ben Smith
Ben Smith is one of the greatest CrossFit athletes of all-time. In his seventh try, Smith won the 2015 CrossFit Games. In 2011 and 2013, he had placed third at the games becoming just the fourth man to ever make the podium multiple times. Smith was a high school baseball player in Virginia at Great Bridge High School. As a senior at GBHS in 2008, he was turned on to CrossFit and began on his championship path. In addition to competing, Smith is the co-founder and owner at CrossFitKrypton. He is also heavily involved in the day-to-day instruction at the gym.
