About Big Ramy
Big Ramy is also known by his given name, Mamdouh Elssbiay. He was originally born in Egypt and currently lives in Kuwait. In 2017, Big Ramy had his best finish in the Mr. Olympia competition. His second-place showing capped off a five-year period of gradual improvement. Big Ramy finished eighth at his first Mr. Olympia in 2013 and then had seventh, fifth and fourth place showings in subsequent years. He originally won his pro card by winning the 2012Amateur Olympia in Kuwait City. Big Ramy had just started training three years before capturing that title. He is also the two-time winner of the New York Championship.
