About Brian Baldinger
Brian Baldinger is a former NFL offensive lineman and current NFL TV analyst and broadcaster. Prior to his time in the NFL, Baldinger played offensive line for Nassau Community College in New York, eventually transferring to play his final two seasons at Duke University. Following his graduation from Duke in 1982, Baldinger entered the NFL Draft, but he went undrafted, eventually signing a free agent contract with the Dallas Cowboys. Baldinger would go on to have a long and successful career in the NFL, playing for the Dallas Cowboys, the Indianapolis Colts, and the Philadelphia Eagles, eventually retiring in 1993, recording 47 starts in 143 appearances. In 1997, Baldinger started his broadcasting career at Fox analyzing NFL Europe games. Impressed with his work, Fox put Baldinger to work with normal NFL games, a position he would work for over ten years. In 2009, Fox announced that Baldinger would be replaced by John Lynch, and he left the station for the NFL Network, where he is currently an analyst and contributor to NFL.com.
