About Cameron Brink
Cameron Brink is an American basketball player playing for the Los Angeles Sparks in the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). Her inspired play as a true freshman helped the Stanford University women’s basketball team win the 2021 NCAA National Championship. Known for her signature shot blocking and defensive prowess, Brink was a lock to play at the next level. The Sparks selected her No. 2 overall in the 2024 WNBA Draft. Her season was unfortunately cut short due to an ACL injury in June 2024. She comes from a basketball family, her parents having played for Virginia Tech and working for Nike in Beaverton, Ore., where she spent her childhood before heading to college in Palo Alto, Calif. She is the god-sister of NBA superstar Steph Curry.
