About Charlie Kimball
Charlie Kimball is a prominent IndyCar racer who competes for Chip Ganassi Racing. Kimball debuted on the series in 2011. He has one win in his career, coming at the Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio. That season, Kimball finished a career-best of ninth in the season-ending rankings. He duplicated that ninth-place showing in 2016. He also won the 2013 24 Hours of Daytona. Kimball was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 22 and often speaks out about diabetes-related issues.
