About Chris DiMarco
Chris DiMarco had a remarkable collegiate golf career at the University of Florida from 1987-1990. In that time period, DiMarco was a 3x All-American, the 90 SEC Player of the Year, and the 89 SEC individual champion. Following his collegiate career, DiMarco turned professional where he struggled to find success until 2000. Starting in 2000, he won one PGA Tour event per year through 2002, propelling him into the Top-20 of the PGA Tour money list where he stayed for 5 straight seasons (2000-2004). Despite DiMarcos success, the majors always seemed just out of his grasp, finishing 2nd in all of them except the U.S. Open where his best finish is 9th. His 2005 runners up finish in a sudden death playoff at The Masters propelled DiMarco into the Top-10 of the World Golf Rankings where he stayed for the next 61 weeks, reaching as high as 6th. DiMarco has also appeared on 2 Ryder Cup teams for Team USA and has 7 professional wins to his resume.
