About Christina Loukas
Christina Loukas was a giftedly graceful youngster from Chicago, Illinois. She used her gracefulness as a swimmer, diver, and gymnast, before putting all her focus on diving at the age of 12. Loukas went on to Indiana University where she was an eight-time NCAA All-American and a three-time conference champion, making her one of the most successful collegiate divers in Big Ten history. Loukas has competed on the National stage since 2005, winning nine national championships since 2006. Loukas specializes in the 3-meter springboard event, an event that she won the U.S. Olympic Team Trials in 2008. She is a two-time Olympian (2008 and 2012) with her best finish coming in the 2012 Games with an eight place finish in the 3-meter.
