About David Stremme
David Stremme won his first stock car race at the age of 15 at New Paris Speedway, but was stripped of his title because he was not of legal driving age. After attaining his drivers license he raced on the Midwestern short track circuit for several years, winning a total of 24 races, two Rookie of the Year awards and two track championships before joining the American Speed Association in 2002. During his first year racing on the ASA he won another Rookie of the Year award. A year later he got his big break on the NASCAR circuit in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and has since competing in both the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. During his first year in NASCAR he was named the Busch Series Rookie of the Year and has gone on to post 54 top ten finishes across the NASCAR racing spectrum. As of 2014 he is the driver of the No. 33 Chevrolet SS for Circle Sport and is considered to be one of the top young drivers in NASCAR.
