Devonta Freeman is a running back for the New York Giants.  Freeman had his breakout season with the Atlanta Falcons in 2015.  After not even beginning the year as a starter, he still ran for 1,056 yards and 11 touchdowns.  Also a threat in the receiving game, Freeman caught 73 passes for 578 yards.  He was the NFL co-leader for rushing touchdowns.  For his tremendous play, Freeman was named to the Pro Bowl as well a being voted a second-team All-Pro.  As a rookie in 2014, he split time but played in all 16 games.  The Falcons selected him in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft.  Freeman was a standout at Florida State University.  As a junior, Freeman rushed for 1,016 yards and 14 touchdowns.  He was named a first-team All-ACC pick.  With his help in the backfield, the Seminoles also went on to win the final BCS National Championship.  Freeman also had significant playing time as a freshman and sophomore, notching eight rushing touchdowns each season.  He played at one of the nation's top high schools, Miami Central.  As a senior, Freeman led the team fo a 6A state title in Florida while pacing Miami-Dade County with 2,208 yards and 26 rushing touchdowns.
