Dick Cass

Dick Cass graduated from Princeton University in 1968 and completed law school at Yale in 1971.  From that point on he put his degree to good use, serving as a clerk for a federal judge in Connecticut for a year before joining the Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering law-firm in Washington, D.C. and serving as a partner for 31 years.  His other duties included acting as chairman of the firm’s Business Transactions Section and a member of its Management Committee.  In 2004 Cass was named president of the Baltimore Ravens and brought a wealth of business knowledge and legal and negotiating experience to the franchise.  For more than a decade Cass has overseen every area of the organization, including player and staff personnel, corporate sales, communications and business ventures and the coaching staff.  His leadership was an instrumental part of the Ravens’ 2012 Super Bowl Championship success.
