About Ed Moses
Ed Moses is a retired Olympic swimmer for the United States of America. After choosing to focus on swimming year round in high school, Moses went to swim for the University of Virginia where he won the NCAA Division 1 Championships in the 100 m and 200 m breaststroke, setting World Records for short course in both events. At the 2000 Olympic time trials, Moses set an American record in the 100 m breaststroke, earning him a spot on the team. In the 2000 Olympic Games, Moses won a silver medal in the 100 m and won a gold medal as a part of the 4x100 medley relay team. Moses set the record for 100 m short course breast stroke and he set and then broke his own record in the 200 m short course breaststroke. After retiring from swimming, Moses pursued a career as a semi-professional golfer and helped co-found a creative content consultant firm.
