About Eric Decker
Eric Decker chose to play his college football in his home state at the University of Minnesota. After a decent junior campaign and what looked like to be a promising senior season before being cut short by injury, Decker was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the 3rd round of the 2010 NFL Draft. After limited play his rookie season, Deckers 2nd season got off to a hot start with a 90 yard punt return in week 1 of the 2011 season. In 2012, Decker was paired with future Hall of Fame QB Peyton Manning and had a breakout year with 1,064 yards and 13 TDs, which was 2nd for WRs that year. Decker improved on his success in the Broncos 2013 trip to the Super Bowl with a career best 1,288 receiving yards. In 2014, Decker signed a five-year $36.25 million contract to play for the New York Jets.
