About Eric Moulds
As a speedy wide receiver at Mississippi State University, Eric Moulds compiled 2,022 receiving yards for 17 TDs, ranking 4th and 3rd respectively in school history. Moulds, who led the NCAA in kickoff return averages his senior season with 32.8 yards/return, was drafted 24th overall in the 1996 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills. After spending his first season as a backup, Moulds broke out in 1998 to break the Bills single season record for most receiving yards with 1,368. Moulds proved to be one of the top receivers in the NFL during his 9 seasons with the Bills by amassing 8,523 receiving yards and he broke an NFL playoff record with 240 receiving yards in a single game. Moulds played two more seasons in the League, one with the Houston Texans and one with the Tennessee Titans, and after the 2007 season the 3x Pro-Bowler retired from the NFL just 5 yards short of 10,000 career receiving yards.
