About Glen Day
Glen Day has been a PGA Tour pro since graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in finance in 1988. His golf resume includes a PGA Tour win in 1999 at the MCI Classic and a win at the 1990 Benson & Hedges Malaysian Open. In 1999 he formed Glen Day-Alan Blalock Course Design and began designing golf courses around the country. Some of his projects include re-designing the Auburn Golf Building at Auburn University, a course re-design at Oak Mountain State Park, and a re-design at Vestavia Country Club in Alabama. Day’s best years on tour came in the late 90’s and early 2000’s as he topped the one million dollar mark in earnings in 1998 and 1999. Although he turned pro in 1988 he remains competitive on the PGA Tour and continues to be a consistent performer on the course.
