About Guy Boros
Guy Boros is a professional golfer who currently competes on the PGA Tour, the Champions Tour, and the Web.com Tour. Boros is the son of Hall of Fame golfer Julius Boros, and he attended the University of Iowa. At Iowa, Boros was a three time All-Big Ten member on the golf team. In 1986, Boros turned professional, competing on both the Web.com and PGA Tour. Boros would experience moderate success over his career, earning one victory on the PGA Tour at 1996 Greater Vancouver Open, as well as three wins on the Web.com tour in the early 2000s. Boros also competed in the Canadian Tour, winning two events early in his career. Over his 28 year career, Boros has only competed in a handful of Major Championships, with his best finish being a 36th place at the 1995 U.S. Open. Boros is now a mainstay competitor on the Champions Tour and the Web.com Tour, but still sometimes returns to the PGA Tour in smaller tournaments.
