About Israel Adesanya
Israel Adesanya is one of the most exciting fighters in the UFC today. Adesanya has been a professional MMA fighter since 2012 and made his UFC debut in 2018. He successfully won the interim UFC Middleweight Championship at UFC 236 the following year. Adesanya won his first 20 pro fights before stepping up to the light heavyweight division in an attempt to win the belt from Jan Blachowicz at UFC 259. Outside of the Octagon, he has also had success in boxing and kickboxing. Adesanya went 5-1 in his boxing career and 30-5 as a kickboxer, including a bout to challenge for the Glory Middleweight Championship.
