About Jennifer Heil
Jennifer Heil is a Canadian freestyle moguls skier, philanthropist, and Olympic icon nicknamed "Little Pepper." Starting skiing at age two, she became the Canadian champion in moguls and dual moguls by 16. Debuting at the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics, Heil claimed gold at Turin 2006 for Canada's first in women's freestyle, and silver at Vancouver 2010. The first mogul skier to achieve the "Grand Slam," she secured five FIS World Cup Crystal Globes (four straight 2004–2007, plus 2010), 58 podiums (25 wins), four World Championship golds (record until 2021), and two silvers. Retiring after the 2011 Worlds double gold, she earned Canada's 2011 Female Athlete of the Year. Post-career, she transitioned to Silicon Valley, creating RYA Health, an AI-powered women's health platform focused on closing the gender care gap.
