About Jocelyne Larocque
Jocelyne Larocque is a trailblazer for an entire group of indigenous people in Canada. Larocque was the first indigenous athlete to participate in the women's Olympic ice hockey tournament. She has since become a three-time medalist, winning gold in 2014 and 2022, as well as silver in 2018. Prior to arriving on the international stage for Team Canada, Larocque was a two-time NCAA champion at Minnesota-Duluth. She was also a first-team All-American in 2011.
