About Jordan Crawford
Jordan Crawford is a Chatham, Virginia native and played his collegiate basketball at the University of Indiana and Xavier University. After a standout prep career at Hargrave Military Academy he headed to Indiana on a basketball scholarship and earned All-Big Ten Conference honors after averaging 9.7 points and leading the Hoosiers to a 25-8 record. After his freshman season he headed to Xavier University and came into his own, scoring 20.5 points per game in 35 games while leading the Muskateers to a Sweet Sixteen appearance. His performance earned him AllAmerican and Atlantic-10 Player of the Year honors. In the 2010 NBA Draft he was selected in the first round as the 27th overall pick by the Atlanta Hawks. During his four seasons in the NBA he saw time with the Hawks, Washington Wizards, Boston Celtics and Golden State Warriors before heading to the Chinese Basketball Association with the Xinjian Flying Tigers. While playing in the NBA he averaged 12.2 points per game with a career high 16.3 points per game in 2010-11 with the Washington Wizards.
