About Julia Marino
Julia Marino put the U.S. on the board with the first medal at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. She captured silver in the women's snowboard slopestyle event. Marino's future success at the Games could have been predicted. At her X Games debut in 2017, she became the first woman in 17 years to win two medals at the same X Games. She won two more X Games medals that year and one in 2018 as well.
