Keegan Bradley

Keegan Bradley became a professional golfer in 2008 on the NGA Hooters Tour. In 2010 he recorded four consecutive top five finishes securing his place in the 2011 PGA Tour. Bradley won his first PGA Tour event at the 2011 HP Byron Nelson Championship on the first hole in a sudden-death playoff. Bradley’s first major tournament was the 2011 PGA Championship. He won the tournament by tying it up in the last three holes. Bradley won in the three-hole playoff with a birdie and two pars while his opponent gave out with an unfortunate par, bogey, birdie combination. Bradley became just the third player ever to win a major in his first attempt and was also the first golfer to win it with a long putter. His PGA accomplishment bumped him from 108 to number 29 in the Official World Golf Rankings. Most of Bradley’s tournaments involve exciting finishes and his 2012 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational was no exception. He entered the final round trailing by four strokes and was able to convert a 15-foot putt to win by one stroke. Bradley became the 11th player to ever win a World Golf Championship and a major championship. He is currently ranked 30th on the Official World Golf Rankings.
