About Klint Kubiak
Klint Kubiak is the head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders. He was officially named to the position on February 9, 2026, becoming the 25th head coach in franchise history after replacing Pete Carroll. Son of former NFL head coach Gary Kubiak, Klint played safety at Colorado State University before entering coaching. His career includes roles at both the collegiate and professional levels, with stops at Texas A&M, Kansas, Minnesota Vikings, Denver Broncos, San Francisco 49ers, and New Orleans Saints, and his latest stop in 2025 as the Seattle Seahawks' offensive coordinator, where he led a top-ranked offense that won Super Bowl LX.
