About Lance McCullers Jr.
Lance McCullers Jr. is a starting pitcher for the Houston Astros and one of the most promising young pitchers in baseball. The Astros originally selected in the first round of the 2012 MLB Draft out of Jesuit High School. McCullers was named the Gatorade National Baseball Player of the Year. He made his major league debut for the Astros in 2015. Over his first two seasons, McCullers went 12-12 with a 3.22 ERA. He made his first All-Star team after going 7-2 with a 3.05 ERA and 106 strikeouts in 91 innings.
