About Lee Janzen
Lee Janzen was one of the best players on the PGA Tour during the 1990s. After attending Florida Southern College and winning back-to-back Division II national team championships, Janzen turned pro in 1986. He was an eight-time winner on the PGA Tour, including triumphs at the 1993 and 1998 U.S. Open. During his first major win, Janzen tied the U.S. Open 72-hole scoring record at eight-under-par. His second U.S. Open win was also dramatic. Janzen battled back from five strokes down on Sunday to win and post the best final-round comeback in 25 years.
