Liv Morgan

Gionna Jene Daddio was born on June 8, 1994, in Morristown, New Jersey, while she grew up in Elmwood Park. The youngest of six children she became interested in professional wrestling after watching WWE television shows and she would often fight with her siblings in backyard matches. Before starting her wrestling career Morgan was a competitive cheerleader and worked as a model for Hooters restaurant chain where she met former WWE Superstar Enzo Amore. Amore brought her to a wrestling gym which led her to train under the well-known strength and conditioning coach Joe DeFranco. She earned a WWE tryout after six months of training and signed with the company in 2014 before making her NXT debut in 2015.

Morgan joined the WWE main roster on November 21, 2017, as part of The Riott Squad faction with Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan. After the group dissolved in 2019 she started competing as a solo wrestler. In 2022 Morgan reached her career peak when she won the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match and then used her contract to defeat Ronda Rousey for the SmackDown Women's Championship. She formed an alliance with Raquel Rodriguez which led to their victory in the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship match in 2023. Morgan and Rodriguez currently hold their fourth consecutive tag team championship title in 2025.

Morgan has pursued acting in addition to her wrestling career by appearing in the 2023 film The Kill Room. WWE remains her "first and biggest love" while she continues to pursue other media interests.
