About Michael Clark II
Michael Clark II was the 2000 PGA Tour Rookie of the Year. That season, he won the only Tour event of his career, the John Deere Classic. Clark’s best finish in a major was a tie for 15th at the PGA Championship, also in 2000. Prior to his time on the PGA Tour, he won two tournaments on the Nike (now Web.com) Tour. Clark has not played on either tour since 2012. He originally turned pro out of Georgia Tech in 1992. The Yellow Jackets won the 1991 ACC Championship with Clark and fellow future pros David Duval, Charlie Rymer, Tom Shaw Jr. and Jimmy Johnston. He is a native of Kingsport, Tennessee.
