Nate Smith

Nate Smith is a professional golfer on the PGA Tour. Nate took up golf at an early age when he played in high school and was able to exhibit his skills with the club. Following high school, Smith transitioned to playing competitively in college for Duke University. While at Duke he became the star of the golf team and for his efforts he was named a two time All-American. After graduating in 2006 he turned pro and began to play on the mini-tours for a few years before he joined the Challenge Tour in 2009 via qualifying school. A year later Nate became a part of the Nationwide Tour and in September of that year he won his first professional event at the WNB Golf Classic. After finishing 27th on the 2010 tour he earned his PGA Tour card for the first time and has since gone on to play on the tour with success.
