About Neal Lancaster
Neal Lancaster is a professional golfer who has made a name for himself playing on the Nationwide and PGA Tours. Lancaster is unique in that he is one of a small percentage of players who were entirely self-taught. He turned professional in 1985, and didnt even feel the need to take his first golf lesson until 1992 after playing for several years on different high profile tours. He has had success in his career while on the prestigious PGA Tour, including 28 top ten finishes in PGA Tour events with a victory at the GTE Byron Nelson Golf Classic in 1994, which is one of his four professional wins. Neal has also had a history of great success in the U.S. Open tournament including holding a share of the 9-hole record at the tournament with a 29 in both 1995 and 1996 as well as a personal best finish of 4th in 1995.
